Not Asgard - Jotunheim. My brother meant to wipe out the entire realm of the frost giants. His own people. [ He turns his face against her palm as well, eyes dropping ] I once clamored for their demise as well, but I was wrong to wish for it as I did.

But it seems this was only the beginning of his madness.

[ That draws his eyes back up to hers, and he'll just take a moment to enjoy tracing over her features, comparing them to his memory of her. Nope, real thing is better. ] You need not fear for me, Jane Foster.

[Going up on tiptoes, she gently presses her lips against his. She can still hardly believe he's here. All that time spent searching for him and she's finally back in his arms. It just feels too perfect.]

[ The bold gesture happily reminds him of the last moment they saw each other, and he twines an arm around her waist tightly, hardly so gentle in returning the kiss. He's loath to draw away, but keeps his forehead close to hers when he finally does, speaking her name in a hushed tone that sounds almost reverential. Which is an... interesting reversal, really. ]
